AML Foods Limited Celebrates Successful Completion of Ready, Set, GROW Cohort 2025–2026
June 3rd, 2026
AML Foods Limited, parent company of Solomon’s, Solomon’s Fresh Market, Cost Right, Exuma Markets, Eleuthera Markets, and Domino’s Pizza, proudly hosted the Closing-Out Ceremony for Cohort 2025–2026 of its Ready, Set, GROW Program on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the Frank Crothers Training Center.
Ready, Set, GROW is AML Foods Limited’s after-school job preparedness and placement initiative designed for 10th to 12th grade students. The program equips participants with exposure to the AML Group of Companies, practical workplace knowledge, and valuable life skills, while creating pathways for seasonal, part-time, and future full-time employment opportunities within the organization.
Students participate in structured sessions twice weekly at the Frank Crothers Training Center, where they engage in informative, interactive, inspiring, and enjoyable learning experiences focused on professional development, customer service, communication, leadership, and workplace readiness.
Now in its fourth year, the program began as a pilot initiative in 2023 with just three high schools and nine students. Since then, it has experienced remarkable growth, expanding in 2026 to include fifty students representing six public and private schools across New Providence.
The Closing-Out Ceremony marked the successful completion of the program’s third cohort and served as both a celebratory occasion and an opportunity for parents and guardians to gain deeper insight into the far-reaching impact and purpose of the initiative. Throughout the evening, students confidently showcased their growth and development through performances and active participation in various program roles.
Parents, guardians, AML Foods Limited Human Resources personnel, Program Coordinators, and Operations Mentors were warmly welcomed to the event. Delivering remarks on behalf of the organization was Mrs. Kimberley Frazier, Head of Human Resources and Talent Development at AML Foods Limited.
In addressing the students and parents, Mrs. Frazier stated: “Today is more than a closing ceremony. It is a celebration of growth, learning, exposure, and opportunity.” She further encouraged the students by sharing: “Never underestimate the value of the lessons you have learned through this experience. Whether you pursue retail, business, entrepreneurship, or another profession entirely, the skills you have developed here will remain valuable throughout your life.”
As AML Foods Limited continues to experience significant organizational growth, initiatives such as Ready, Set, GROW remain critical to the company’s ongoing investment in youth development and workforce readiness across The Bahamas.
The next cohort is scheduled to launch in September 2026, with future plans to expand the program into the organization’s Family Island operations.
AML Foods Limited remains committed to fostering leadership, personal development, and social responsibility through meaningful community outreach initiative that empower the nation’s youth to thrive both professionally and personally.
